    Default New Mission

Would our Fire Protection district being in the middle of the "Fayetteville Shale" natural gas exploration (drilling) be considered a "New Mission" Just this past few months there are drilling rigs going up every day nearly. Pad are being built as many as 8 drilling pads per section... Our area is suppose to be one of the hottest and best producing. what do ya think?...
We have had to make a few runs to them for EMS calls, no fires yet..

New risk not new mission. They'll create fires but since you've been going to those for years then it's nothing new. Have fire, call FD. New mission is rescue or hazmat in most cases.
