Sort of Related question
a delay in submittal may have an impact of our application.....here in NJ, we were extremely impacted by flooding this past weekend - many rescues, extracations, etc. We want to include these events in our narrative as a further statement of justification. Good idea?

Would that further cap us at 5000.00 for a trailer as a transportation expense?

Trailers didn't used to be capped. Tow vehicles were, but usually if you're getting a trailer for equipment storage/rehab conversion purposes they didn't limit those. Reasonable yes, limit don't remember seeing one.
