Performence Objectives

I am one of the Training officers for my department...we have fire performance objectives coming out of our ears, Now we have been told to come up with some for medical procuders.

Does anyone have any info that could help me get started?

I would suggest you start with your local medical director or protocols from your EMS provider. Most EMS programs have skills sheets that are easily converted to a performance based system.
