Ready to hit the submit button but I have one quick question for anyone who can help. Asking for RIT SCBA's, and the purpose of this request is? Of all the choices in the drop down box the only 2 that seem to apply to us are new risk or new mission. We currently do not have dedicated RIT equipment and their definition with the help tab only explains new mission. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

New risk or new mission

Told my wife I'm at work. Told my boss I'm sick. I'm really at the fire station.

Are you currently doing RIT operations? If so, this would apply:
This is what I used. The equipment is necessary for the organization's basic mission, but has never been owned before
If not, I would use a new risk vs. new mission. Our job is risky and whether or not we have all of the specialized equipment for RIT, if a FF goes down we do what is neccessary.

Since you are training for RIT, I would consider it part of the department's basic mission, therefore you are looking for equipment that's never been owned before.

So, judging from the responses I should be putting the RIT SCBA's under the Equipment section (RIT Pack) and NOT the PPE SCBA category?

That's where I have it listed: equipment.
