    Default Big Ads

I don't know if its just my computer but 3/4 of every page on this(and only this) website is taken up by ads. They are the same size they used to be but they have a big white area on both sides.

Nah, it's not just you. Been ****ing me off for a few days now. Very annoying having to scroll down half the freakin' page just to see the "New Posts" button etc.

Considered starting a thread to bitch about it, but what's the point? FH hasn't exactly been very customer-services oriented in the past year.

I figured it had something to do with the script writing or whatever technical type jargon ya wanna use. Last time the pages weren't loading right because of the ads, it was the other way around, horizontal instead of vertical.

Soooooooo since you started a thread I decided I might as well join the bitchin-party. Just so you didn't feel all lonely.

Get mozilla firefox and install the Adblock extension. The block "ad2.firehouse.com"

Actually, if you can find any way to block that server, do it. Problem solved and the forum loads about 300x faster.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

Already have firefox. And it doesn't happen every time.

Will look into it if this continues though. Thanks for the tip.

Install the AdBlock extension and block that address.

Tools --> Add-ons --> Extesions. Click "Get Extensions". Do a search for ADBLOCK. Find the regular "AdBlock" and install it.
