    Default AFG grants (generator)

    We are applying for an Exhaust removal system and are considering applying for a Generator for the station also. Has anyone had any success in applying for this or know of any funding ranges min-max for such.

    Any help is appreciated (yes i know the deadline is tommorrow)

    We were awarded a generator 2 years ago. Our grant was reduced to $40k, which we didn't use all of that anyway.

    Generator/Exhaust system narrative

    We applied and received both in 2006. Total was about ~$115k This was for 2 stations.

    In 2005 we received the grant for a generator. We explained in the request that we would make the station available as a red cross shelter and if needed a regional EOC (with the cooperation of the county Emergency Management Agency) since our area is very prone to flooding...Just some ideas
