    Default Printing problem

I am a little nervous. I can print our complete PPE application but when I try to print the tanker app I get an error that starts

    "500 Internal Server Error
    java.util.NoSuchElementException at java.util.AbstractList$Itr.next(AbstractList.java: 426) at_firegrant._jsp._fire2007._application._requestd etails._print__request__details._jspService(_print __request__details.java:359) etc etc".

Does this mean I should worry about whether it was received, or I am I just being paranoid?

More than likely it's a problem on their end. Keep trying, if it doesn't work give them a call. As long as you recieved the confirmation page for "Submit Application Result" congratulating you on successfully submitting your application & a follow up email, no need to be paranoid.

Same problem here, but not nervous. FO prints, not FV. I'm guessing they'll get enough other calls--they won't need mine!!

I figured I would help to ease the minds also. I too get the error message when I try to print out our FV application. I can go in and print it out piece by piece. Nothing to worry about. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful day that God has given us.

Only problem with that method is that is doesn't pick up some of the sub-screens on the request detail (maybe others too). Make really sure that you get ALL of the app if that's your only method of printing.

Back to enjoying another beautiful day!!

Good point Earl. I did that when I printed mine out. Did I sense sarcasm in the enjoying the beautiful day comment???? I am trapped in a classroom with about 30 14 year olds!!! So much for the beautiful day. But hey, as I tell my students, I GET PAID FOR DOING THIS!!

    Default Print problem

I talked to the HELP DESK. They said they are aware of the problem and are working on it. I asked when they though it might be fixed. There reply was, "We hope by the end of the month." How big a problem is this?

As long as they have confirmed that the applications were received, I would rather them concentrate on sorting them all out and getting them funded rather than devote a bunch of time to fixing a printing problem!

If I get told I'll get money but I can never print my application, I'll take the award!
