I am trying to give a class on firefighter survival awareness to my son's explorer program. Some of the suggested material covers firefighter fatalities in the line of duty. More to the point is firefighters that have been trapped in structures etc. Does anyone know where I can go to get the details of some of the more recent incidents? I want to make an impact on them and get them to understand how important this is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Stay safe!!

USFA publishes a book called "Firefighter Fatalities in the United States" annually. You can order it for free online at the USFA/FEMA publications site.
