Just wanted to introduce myself briefly. My name's Andy Parker from Stamford, CT. I own and train at CrossFit Stamford and came across this forum while on our main site. I'm looking to help Fireman and LEO in my area
a. get in shape for testing
b. stay in shape or maintain their fitness
c. get BACK in shape
Happy to be here I'll be contributing as much useful info as I can in the fitness section.
