    Default Knoxville Physical

    Does anyone know what this consists of? I want to know what all I need to do! Anyone?

    hey not sure if you've taken it yet- i did yesterday. 3 exercises: leg lift (bar hooked to chain hooked to dynometer hooked to board which measures the amount of force you can lift by pulling up on it with your legs), situps (in 1 min), and the stabilometer (3x 30 seconds).
