I have some ideas but would ask about your goals, available equipment and facilities, time and/or financial constraints, and physical limitations.

My Goals are to be fit beyond the requirements not to be able to handle 50lbs of gear and an additional lbs of house and what ever else i need to carry or use i want to exceed that make myself better and not slow or tire out easily...as for facilities i have a weight bench no treadmill but i can easily use the outdoors since it is basically the country and im going to get free weights aswell...

What do you want to achieve? I mean there are so many workouts that you can do but first you must know your goal.

Get outside and run. Build up endurance with long slow pace runs and increased high energy with sprints on off days.
Use the weights and pick up a Men's Health magazine for just about any of the workouts they have. Plus incorporate pushups and plyometrics.
Get some good running shoes, stretching is important and hydrate.
    Good luck!
