I'm currently on a Volunteer Squad struggling for new members. Our call volume continues to go up, and our membership stays the same. Does anyone have any suggestions on neat/creative ways to try to get the word out to my community that we need help?

Maybe do some sort of event to profit a charity or something along those lines. That will get people out, try and get news paper coverage etc, and piggy back off the event promoting signing up for your squad maybe?! Just find an important issue in your community. Cost should be relatively low (if any even)~
