Chief Ellis is a really cool guy!! He's prior military and just be honest with him and you know what your getting yourself into. He will ask you about prior experience firefighting and such. he's pretty laid back. don't stress it. It's a piece of cake

Agree with you Firedawg! First time I had an interview over the phone!!! First time I ever had an interview with a chief who has been in the fire service shorter than I!!!!! But he knows some of the people in the fire service that I have worked with for MANY years. He seems like a nice guy. Talk to ya later!! Jim D. Kennedy Space Center Fire/Rescue

I had my phone interview yesterday. It lasted about 15 minutes and was very basic! Don't sweat it! Chief Ellis is a cool guy. Hopefully I will get a packet in the next couple days with a job offer!

I'll stay safe. Hope nobody forgets me! I'll still do the Honor Guard stuff when i'm home. I don't think i'll ever let that go. To much Honor in it and ALOT of time invested. I'm going to get everyones e-mail and TRY to stay in touch. But thanks alot. Jim
