I agree. Just purely stupid to drink and drive and if your dumb enough to do that you should be caught and tried and convicted. If the law was more harsh hopefully stupidity behind the wheel would drop. Hell i think if you kill someone while impaired you should go down for murder and not vehicular manslaughter thats just BS. You took someones life but you get to keep yours ? that is totally Unfair.
