Does anybody know how much VP is supposed to count for? I'm in Washington state and the RCW instruction appears to say that it counts for 10%, but I wanted to double check. Also, I just got my final ranking for a particular department and they just showed the overall final score, which consisted of a written test, graded PAT, oral board, and I'm assuming, the veteran's preference that should have been factored in. Is this normal, or do some departments give a specific breakdown of how you scored on each separate component. Particularly, I'm nervous that my veteran's preference might not of been factored in. I'm going to call their HR rep on Mon., but I'd appreciate any feedback I can get from all of you.
Thanks
