Ok so before I know it I will be tansitioning from the Navy back to the civilian sector with the intentions of going to work for a full time FD. However, I am trying to find the best program for meto transition from our PT to a more job related PT with the FD. We currently do our training 2 times a week for an hour that consists of 1.5 mile run, numerous push-up, crunches and other core building excersises. The problem is that what we do is geared specifically towards our PRT that we do every six months. I want to me more well rounded than that. Any help would be great.
