Welcome from Ontario Canada
If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?

Florida, great.i went there many years ago, visited orlando and many other places such as:the keys(aweee, the keys).i went to Lakeland, visited the main fire station, the firechief was so cool.he had a very large office and some candies for french ladies, lol.
more seriously,i like florida."sauver ou périr"
"courage et dévouement"
2 french mottoes in french fire service.
