Well I'm not a member of Westover FD but they are in the city next door to mine, Chicopee, Mass. Westover is a Federal installation but here's the thing, their FD is a civilian FD. Last I knew, to get on Westover FD, you had to be hired by the US Government and assigned there. They're a small outfit, 2 or 3 structural enignes (KME P-80's) one heavy rescue and about 3-4 ARFF rigs operating out of a semi-newly renovated (renovated in 2002) firehouse just off the flight line. They did have a website a while ago, but it has been down for some time now.
