    Default Florida Paramedic Exam

    Anyone take the new state medic exam?

    After one long year of school, I am done and I am now putting all my efforts to pass the state exam. I am doing the Paramedic Prep class, but wanted to reach out to get info on passing the exam.

    Suggestions, comments are welcome!!

    What they changed the test again???? is it easier or harder and do youstill need an 80% to pass???

    Well I guessed it changed sometime in the last year or so. That is what our Instructor told us.

    Just looking for good area's of study to help out. I heard it is a hard test.

    Hey Bro,
    I took the exam over a year ago but Im sure it's the same computer based one we had. I took a refresher course over a two day period that really helped. Also, bone up on the early P1 and P2 stuff. The medic course is so long that this will be the biggest part to trip you up. And of course know your ACLS and anything you had trouble with during school. My biggest advice though, take your time. Congratulations on completing the course though man. It's a hard road to go down and takes a lot of heart to finish. Let us know how you do.
