Hello all, wondering if anyone could shed some light on what to expect in a Chiefs interview after a background check? The reason I ask is that I have already had an interview with a captain and h.r. person, then an interview with the Chief and the h.r. head person then did not make the cut. Six months later I got a call about another slot opening up and I am one of three they are considering. The h.r. person that called told me that after backgrounds an interview with the Chief would be the next step to hiring. So my question is what could he possibly ask that he did'nt the first time around. And yes I know the obvious answer is anything and everything but that is exactly what happened last time (e.g. nfpa 300 and various other regulations). I guess I am looking for an edge here and am trying to prepare as best I can, and yes CaptBob I'll use a tape recorder! Any advice or past experience would be more than appreciated! Thanks!
