Jr. Firefighter right now. Hopefully in under a year I'll be through FF1. But I've been doing this for over 3 years, and love every second of it!

    Well....we're waiting

Anyways I just looked at the polls. The civies are outnumbered, 25 to 2. I suspect that it has something to do with this being firehouse.com. I could be wrong on that, but somehow I don't think I am

3rd generation FF 9ish years. (I got out of it for a year or two). If I wouldn't have got out for awhile I would have 12 years.
I have no ambition in this world but one, and that is to be a fireman. The position may, in the eyes of some, appear to be a lowly one; but we who know the work which the fireman has to do believe that his is a noble calling. Our proudest moment is to save lives. ~Edward F. Croker
