i'm a civilian,interested in firefighting ,specially the way the american firefighters work on fireground or at mva scene.
my relatives are paid on call,in my town.this site is great to learn many things,cause you have firefighters from all the states and different countries."sauver ou périr"

Been in the fire service for 10yr. Fourth generation Firefighter. Would just about pay to do this job.

Jr. Firefighter right now. Hopefully in under a year I'll be through FF1. But I've been doing this for over 3 years, and love every second of it!

Anyways I just looked at the polls. The civies are outnumbered, 25 to 2. I suspect that it has something to do with this being firehouse.com. I could be wrong on that, but somehow I don't think I am

3rd generation FF 9ish years. (I got out of it for a year or two). If I wouldn't have got out for awhile I would have 12 years.
