    Thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Deputy Chief William Salmond and the members of the Addington Highlands FD on behalf of our Northern Ontario rural dept.

    From our family of former, present and future firefighters, our prayers and best wishes go out to the family, friends and co-workers of Deputy Chief William Salmond at the time of his passing. May the Good Lord lift him upon high and send His loving comfert to those mourning this loss.

    Now in Victoria, BC. I'm from beautiful Jasper Alberta in the heart of the Can. Rockies - will always be an Albertan at heart!


    This didn't even make the National news??!!!! I had to google it.

    My condolences to the Addington Highlands Fire Department and the Salmond family for their loss.
