Actually, some 1199s were released on Monday this week - but you are correct, not alot of talk about them.

I'm still waiting for an announcement from my 1199 update on August 1st.

I was surprised at the lack of chatter myself, I thought it was a good sized one since I found 14 of mine. I expected to see a few other folks posting for joy too.

A lot. When you write nearly 500 this happens. And that's without the seminar folks added in, 300 of those just from Jan/Feb 2007. Who knows how many I'll add to both totals with my schedule for the rest of this year. I think Bristol TN is near the end of the 1st week of December, making another AL/GA/TN go-round if you want to swing in. Like the rest of them, no charge to get in.

    Brian,

Is there a date set for you to come to the Lake yet?

Kyle's still working on it, aiming for 3 in MO. Clinton, you, and Blake's hood. Trying to hammer out a Wed & Thurs night then Friday day stretch so we can get them all done in 1 trip.

Yup, I'm still alive...thanks for those who were asking.

Just heard yesterday that Nevins Twp in Indiana got their 1199A for the first time ever. Looks like they'll be getting some much needed SCBA's

The joy you must be having. At least its a little cooler in Feb. Just so you have the thumb rehabed by april to hit the space bar.

I have a feeling that I'll be hitting the space bar button before then. They said I'll be doing admin type of duties until I head back to academy and they've already hit me up about an SCBA project and working on this regional project for an accountability system. So I may not be hitting the enter button until April but I have a feeling I'll be working on projects long before that.

Still in the holding pattern as well! Anyone have numbers worked up for how vehicle awards and operations awards handed out already to date after 9 rounds?

Are the odds of getting awarded for a vehicle still about 5-1?

Tell me about it Brian! My little girl doesn't like being poked with this hard splint. Poor girl, I don't know how many times I've bopped her in the nose with it on accident.

Are vehicle odds at this point still 5-1 at this point?

After reviewing the previous figures, they were too high. Found the data didn't sort properly. The above are the updated figures.

Thanks for the update, I was beginning to wonder how the average vehicle award was only 100k.

How much longer can we expect the 1199a's to keep coming? I don't remember previous years' patterns, and am concerned that they might have already posted most of the updates and the rest of us are just waiting on the official DJ's?
