Yeah, it is first come first serve if you will. I will be taking the test on the Wednesday night session. No applications or forms prior to the event.

If you can read and add you will be fine. I took the 8:30 Sat morning test. I got there around 7 and there were prob 65-70 people infront of me.
If they fill every test offering thats about 900 people. They did not give a number but they said prob around 35 for a mid-Jan class.
