    Default 1199a update

I realize there are other threads focused on 1199a's but it seems like every thread becomes distracted in short order.

We made it past the computer and I am watching daily for 1199a updates. Has anyone heard anything recently?

The last word I had was over a week ago.

Best of luck to everyone playing the waiting game.

    Jon

    Red face Any new 1199a's

The web has been very quiet. Are there any new 1199a updates out there? Inquiring minds want to know.

Probably won't see any until the weekend. Or maybe they'll go back to the Tuesday updates from years past.

Still nothing for us yet...no e-mail, no 1199a update, nothing. I'm guessing we made it past the computer since we haven't gotten a dear john but still...starting to get that bad old feeling from years past

Still nothing for us yet either...no e-mail, no 1199a update. This has been the same way for the last three years. I even reduced it down to just one item to alow the cost benifit to look better.

    Question 1199A question

Kurt, Brian, Earl or any of the other guru's might be able to answer this best, but are they sending all the 1199a's out at once or are they just sending them in groups? Seems to me like they do them in phases, so don't count yourselve's out yet! Keep the faith!

Folks they go in phases so don;t fret here. Be patient. Remember some people in here just got 1199a updates to their 2006 grant!

Hang tough, keep your fingers crossed, go to beach or mountains and drink a few brewskis to escape the August heat and chill out for awhile. It is a long way from over.

    Smile A First Timer Here

Today we got our 1199A for a new pumper/tanker. This is our first grant since the program started so it sure feels good.

Or go to Houston, TX for your CEDAP training. Lost luggage, computer problems, work issues at my "day job"--none will seem important as my FD puts their new PID's to work and my Haz-Mat team uses its HazMat ID for the first time!!

Spend the quiet days looking beyond AFG.

We received the 10 questions on August 14th. I found them on the 15th and sent them back in 15 minutes. They opened it the next day. Im still waiting on the 1199A. Im about to go nuts. We need a new engine in a bad way. I guess I am just impatient. Good luck to everyone.

Barny, congrats on the 10 questions! When you get that new engine I'll be sure to stop by next time I'm up there for a softball game to take a look at it. Nothing nicer than a shiny new engine!

Told my wife I'm at work. Told my boss I'm sick. I'm really at the fire station.
