    Default IAFC in Hotlanta

So how many folks are going to the vendor show/training in Atlanta Fri/Sat? I plan on going Saturday with hopes of talking to many vendors about a new light rescue.

I'll be there looking for a fire safety house for my vol dept and fire extinguisher training system for my industry (power plant). This is going to be great only 45 miles from my home!

I wish I had planned better. I live and work just outside Atlanta. My department is even hosting some "tours" for some folks from the show. I just let it sneak up on me and can't go. I mean, I COULD, but I'm not ditching my wife for it. This year.

Come on foot rat its only 20 miles for you. I saw a bunch of Rockdale FF there today. There is no way to see it all in one day.

This was a GREAT show! I saw many new things. I also meet people I had only read about or seen in the Fire Service magazines. Some of the people I met included: Dennis Smith, Leo Stapelton, and Dr Harry Carter.
    This was a great show!
A tip of the helment to the organizers of this event!

I give a big thanks to the organizers and people of Atlanta. They did a really good job. Everyone we met at the show and the in city was great. As far as apparatus though, I did not see anything spectacular. The E-one Quest (sp?) was, let's say, interesting.
