    Default Unwanted Active-X controls

Is there any particular reason why some leased IP in The Netherlands is trying to load a tracking cookie and install "Microsoft Data Access - Remote Data Services Data" add-on almost every time I load FH forum web pages? Is it something that's infected FH.com or one of your advertisers?

I have not had this occur to me. Using both FireFox and IE7 here on two different PC's. I have IE security set to high.
