Training Equipment. Help Needed

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with two different items that I need information on.

The first would be if anyone knows where someone could get building specs for a splash board? Our department is looking to build some permanent facilities on our property for training and a two story splash board is one of the first things we want to have built for us. I don't know if there's any standard, whether NFPA or not, to building one of these so if someone might be able to point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

The second thing would be specs on a Keiser Force Machine. I realize you can buy them but I have to think I could build one for a portion of the cost. I happened upon a department on the internet that entered Combat Challenges enough to build their own. All specs were right there in front of me but I'll be darned if I can remember who it was. I thought they were from Texas.

If anyone has any of these items in their department and could lend a helping hand we would really appreciate it.
