What programs do you use to track training? I am looking for ideas that will help me keep track of what each person has done for training. Any help you can give me will help.

Also interested in suggestions. Trying to read and track everyone's names on a year's worth of sign-in training sheets is no fun.

I'm having my fire dept. look into the red alert software. From what I've played with it's a great data basing software that keeps track of a lot, including training for individuals.

Finally! The age of computers has hit this town!!...lol
