    Why's that? Just because it is one sided and doesn't portray any of the reasons that the union does not look well upon two hatters. Typical BS. It is a shame though, because now anything that the IAFF puts out to defend will be taken as "back pedaling" or "excuses". Guess that's just the way it is with the media. They get an ounce of info and run with it.

    This isn't a media issue, this is a 'hyper-conservative organization' issue, i.e. The Heritage Foundation.

    Ya wonder why the National Volunteer Fire Council isn't actively speaking out on this legislation or publicly agreeing with Sherk? Because they assisted in writing the Senate version of the legislation and Sherk is just trying to further the agenda of his employer, by hook or by crook.
