Scenario Training Website?

I recently was at a training website that had simulated scenarios using structure pictures with animated smoke and fire with sound.
I forgot the site name and didn't "favorite" it.
"searched" here and found this good site, http://southbendfire.org/forum.html?forumid=19 but it isn't the one.
