    Default Scenario Assistance

Sorry - I deleted this post as it appears people are interested in joking rather than contributing.....

So basicaly you want us to do your work for you? I don't want yo uin charge of my company if you had to use someone elses answer to pass. If you paid attention in class and readyour book, the scenario should not be that difficult. Maybe you should provide you answer first so, it can be critiqued.

Ok, TNFF - I see how you came to your assumptions, but those are really unjustified. I apologize if it came across as a request for an answer to the scenario. that is not at all what I was looking for. I was simply just wanting to know others strategy and tactics based on their own department, apparatus, manpower etc. Sorry for any misleading statements...I will post my response in the original post.....

Sorry to jump on you. I think a fire officer should know his stuff like the back of his hand. These are some things I would keep in mind. I hope they help; I don't know much. I would hook up to the close hydrant. The highway can be reopened later. The structure also needs vertical ventilation. Pump pressure to the stand pipes and use them to fight the fire at its seat. The lack of anyone being around means occupancy is probably low to none.

I'd call 911 it says nothing of you were dispatched or responding or if anyone called 911.
