Hi all,
I just got my orders I am going to either McGuire NJ or Fairchild WA, does anyone have any info or input on these bases, does either base have a truck company? Just curious any info would be of great help. Thank you for your time.

Fairchild
Fairchild doesn't have a ladder.
The closes thing we have to a truck company is our heavy rescue.

Not many AF bases have ladder trucks as of now, they are starting to get Quints slowly but the base has to meet certain requirements to get one. ie tallest building not including the base tower, what air craft you have there things like that. The base I am at has one and its a 1982 3 Guys 100' stick that has been broken for about a year now and is being used as just a pumper. Most of the time if you need a truck it comes from an off base company.
Also how did you get 2 sets of orders to 2 different bases?
