    Default Cold Tap

Does your department allow you to perform cold taps on MC-306 tank trucks.
If so, could I get a copy of your SOP's. We perform them all the time but would like to see other SOP's on cold taps.

I am a Lt. with the Dallas Fire Hazmat and we do cold taps. We have done about a dozen on gasoline and diesel tankers. No problems
