Hey guys i'm currently in my second (of a total of 3) semester of Paramedics. I will be finishing in early 2008. I am working on getting accepted to the May 2008 (Summer) Firefighter Academy with Miami Dade County.

I have a group that consists of myself and 3 friends who workout together in order to prepare for the academy. We run and do push ups, stair work etc but we don't really have a set routine written down that we follow.

I'm looking for some sort of guidelines that we can follow (something concrete) that will help us physically prepare for the rigors of academy training.

Any suggestions? Any alumni's here?
