Are you aware you can "preview" the standard online for free? You just can't print any of it. I'll save you a little looking (maybe), try this link. All you should have to do is hit "I Agree" and go right to looking.

I've got a copy and would be glad to help you out how I can. I'll just have to find where I stuck it (home office or FD).

Can you take screen shots on your computer? I know on my Mac I can use Grab to take a picture of anything and save it as an image. Might take a little bit, but it's free too.

On a PC, just do "Shift"+"Print Screen" buttons, then open Word (or similar program), then to a CTRL-V to insert the screen shot into the word document. Viola!
