In search of a 1971 Ford/Swab Heavy Rescue
I know there are one or two central new yorkers that lurk in this forum.....I am in search of a 1971 Ford/Swab Heavy Rescue formerly belonging to the Trumansburg, NY Fire Dept (originally delivered new to the Aberdeen, Maryland FD) that is supposed to have been sold to Cornell University, where it was used by their in-house water plant for approx. 2 years. Anyone have any information at all on the current disposition or whereabouts of this rig, or has photos of it in service with Trumansburg or Cornell U, is urged to PM me!!! THANK YOU!
