Hi brothers. We have a senior guy on the job who has a tremendous odor problem. It's not because he doesn't shower if you know what I mean. Let's say he could knock out an elephant about an hour after we eat. It's affecting my ability to do my job. I dread seeing his name on the duty board. No one else seems to care. I'm really serious about this. How do I approach this guy and tell his offensive gas makes me gag. Does anyone else have this problem? Seriously, a burning tire in the room would make it smell better

I am soooo glad I don't work with this guy! Can you imagine? A guy farts and it stinks OMG. Sarcasm!!!! Hey you J/O!! try concentrating on your job and how you perform Think of his poor wife or the guys that have been around for a while not just yourself. Maybe he has a medical condition that you are not being sensitive( more scarcasm) to or just be thankful you don't have a crew that SH*Ts their pants daily!!

I'm glad I stopped in here. I needed a laugh!!!!
If this is your biggest complaint, I think you will make a terrific firefighter
One more thing........Sometimes I make myself gag.....should I ask myself to leave??????????Just someone trying to help! (And by the way....Thanks for YOUR help!)
Aggressive does not have to equal stupid.
