As the above states, I have my CPAT test in exactly 11 weeks from today. I got my 75lb weight vest today from weightvest.com. How should I start preparing? I havent worked out in awhile so I'm pretty raw. I don't know anything about a workout routine so if anyone with some knowledge can shed some light, give me advice, a routine, or ANYTHING..... anything will be helpful.

Legs, legs, legs, legs, legs, legs and more legs and cardio. Also do the stairs with the vest you got, don't get lazy during the 11 weeks and keep a constant routine, eat right and you'll be fine. The test itself really isn't all that hard just get used to the added weight(75lbs) and you'll be fine.
