if anyone wants any info on the ACFD or the DC area feel free to pm me, i currently live in arlington and work at a firehouse one block away from the arlington border (about 50% of our calls and most of our fire is in arlington)...like i said earlier, its a very squared away place to work

Does anyone know how many people will be taking this test? Or at least how many people took the last test that was given? I live in Columbus OH and i just recieved the information packet that told me I am supposed to test this upcoming saturday at 130. Im running a tight schedule this week and I would like to know if it is going to be worth my time to squeeze a 6 hour drive each way in to take this test. Any information would be much appretiated.

It will be the cwh format. The amount of questions varies from department to department because there are several variations of the cwh format test.

For everyone taking the test, do we need to submit our credit and background authorization forms on the date of the written test or with our background packet?

With the test, if they still ask for it to be noterized, don't stress it, there will most likely be someone there that can noterize it for you.

Doesn't it have to be in by 3/14?

Aslo, what time does it say you need to be there for the afternoon exam session?

FYI, the credit and background forms were requested to be handed in with the background packets.

I have my medic internship in Arlington. Someone within the department said 300 passed out of 1,500. Congrats, you are one of 300 moving on. Did your letter tell you your score? Mine just said I passed.

My letter did not have a score. If only stated that I passed and would be contacted at a later date for the CPATS. Any reason for such a low passing rate?
