I live in PA and im trying to find laws reguarding the " title " .
THE REASON: Im an assit chief of a vol fire company it came to my attention that a member is eather on partial or full disability from being hurt at work ( shoulder/ rotator cuff ) and this member is still active at the fire house. Hes getting a check from the state weekly, and i wont to know if i should look into it further, or am i blowing smoke. Any advise.
