Hello,
Was curious if anyone could give me some insight in where I could start. Im a Paramedic, planning on moving to Columbus Ohio at the end of the summer and will be interested In Fire training. What is the process in terms of academy/training. How long is the academy and training process?
Basically I am willing to take any advice/information possible. I will be starting from scratch.
Thanks much

If your looking to work for cfd they gave a test in june I believe and just hired their 1st class. As for fire training to be full time in the state you must go through ff1 and ff2 240 hour class.
