Would love you help you out, but could you be more specific? Mapquest shows an Allentown in 9 different states, an Easton in 10 different states, and a Bethleham in 10 different states.

Turk, he is referring to Allentow, Bethlehem and Easton, Pa; which are three small cities (practically right next door to one another) along I-78 in the Lehigh Valley corridor, sometimes referred to as the "A-B-E Corridor" or the "A-B-E area".

I dont work for any of the three cities JC, but treat the AFA just like any other City fire academy. I do know a few members of both A-Town and Beth.

I didn't go to the Allentown Fire Academy, but I did take my fair share of classes over there.

The recruits get a wide range of certifications there: EMT-B, Firefighter I & II, Haz-Mat ops, Pumper Driver operator, Aerial operator, Vehicle Rescue Technician, Flashover, Car Fires, Firefighter survival, RIT, Thermal Imaging, Water Rescue Phase I, Boat Operations, Rope Rescue I & II, Elevator Rescue and NIMS 100, 200 and 700. All this in 18 weeks.

The instructor is pretty good. He keeps you interested. Not boring at all. Also from what I understand, you won't have time to be board. He teaches at the state fire Academy, and everywhere else. I heard he will be, or has been teaching in Japan or something like that.
Be kind to fire fighters. Please don't let your dogs use fire hydrants.
