I'm new to the grant writing so I could use a little assistance please.
What exactly determines if you are Rurul Surburban or Urban? I don't know if its population, location or what--any info would help. Also
Do you know if there is a limit on the amount of TIC's that can be requested--seems like I read somewhere that only 1 was allowed or it's based on population--
