Hey guys, my name is Jose, and I love firefighting as I'm sure that all of you do. I'm 17 years old, a Junior in high school. I'm taking firefighting through my high school's tech campus program and its great. Anyways I'm a health and fitness freak cause I'm a bigger build guy and I'm self conscious about it, go figure.
What I would like help with is a workout program that will help me be and stay in good physical condition. I work out using a bench that I have as well a set of dumbbells.
So if you guys a have any tips or help that you could give me that would be so great.
