We are trying to put together a PM program to present to the commission idiots, I mean board. I am looking to see what programs are working. We have 2 engines,1 squad, 1 powerwagon, 1 quint, and 6 support vehicles(if you can imagine that) The department is a combination so 1 truck (the quint) gets used more than the others. Please let me know what you got working for you.
