Can anybody point me to the standard that requires a maintenance progam for our meters. Calibration, documentation, qualified personnel to work on the meters.... anything would be helpful. Specific locations would be great. OSHA standards are like reading insurance policies.

Follow manufacturers documents
Mulldog, I have found that following the manufacturers documentation is the best way to keep our team's meter's working their best. You had better have at least one copy for every instrument. If you don't, go to the company's web site and either down load it or request it.
If all else fails, and since you are in NY, call the OFPC Haz Mat guys in either Albany or the Fire Academy, they can help you."Your spill is our thrill."
