Default Space Object Re-entry And The First Responder

I was visiting FS417 last night in preparation for a hands-on briefing about care and operation of the new Freightliner medic and M4 maintenance report application. Prior to the start of things, I was talking with the career staff, and this was a primary topic of interest - particularly the cost of missles and tracking/seek/destroy capabilities of the system itself. Anyhow, I received this in my email over night and thought it might be worth passing on.

    Rick.

I still can't help laughing at the first line.

A United States satellite is falling back to earth and could potentially impact almost anywhere on the planet.

    Ya think?

What rocket scientist figured that out all by his self.

Ya I read that with about the same reaction.

On another note, and a lot more seriousness in it, is that frigg'n hydrazine. I read through the MSDS on it....... and we use this as a ROCKET FUEL?????

Cmon... there is no haz mat!

They just don't want us to see the little roswell green guy that was driving the space ship.

I would, however, watch out for the black helicopters!
I am now a past chief and the views, opinions, and comments are mine and mine alone. I do not speak for any department or in any official capacity. Although, they would be smart to listen to me.

I received this "document" and fell out of my chair laughing so hard. The best part is that we received this information a week before the event is supposed to occur! Yeah....glad to see that the Navy took care of it. Is there now a fear of flaming goo that could rain upon us at anytime?
