    Default Run sheets

Looking for a bit of assistance. I just took over doing NFIRS reporting for our department, and, well frankly our run sheets suck. The forms that we fill out on scene don't have any of the information we need for reporting. I am working on making a new one, but I figured instead of re-inventing the wheel, I would see if anyone had one on file they would be willing to share. I appreciate anything you can send my way - bethkayhart @ hotmail.com

    Thanks,
    Beth

Go to the NFIRS page on the FEMA website, download and print the actual NFIRS report forms, make copies and put them on your rig(s). Problem solved.

I deal with all of the NFIRS stuff for my department. Have you ever seen a bunch of hot tired wet firemen fill one of those out on the scene? I can really see them filling out all of those different forms. It is hard enought to get them to fill them out at the station.
I have no ambition in this world but one, and that is to be a fireman. The position may, in the eyes of some, appear to be a lowly one; but we who know the work which the fireman has to do believe that his is a noble calling. Our proudest moment is to save lives. ~Edward F. Croker

1st due engine fills out a IR back at the station on the computer. Our IR is a custom made quick and easy 1 page sheet. Said sheet, is then printed and put into bin. Everyday someone then reads IRs, trasfers them in to NIFIRS.

Is there a way you can email or fax me what one of those printed run sheets looks like?
