I know this is a touchy subject, but I need some help.

I have been a volly FF for over ten years. My chief is very rude and disrespectful to me in front of rank and public. I have been turned down for promotions too many times to count. I get the newbie jobs on calls when he is IC.

All I want to do and all I have ever wanted to do was serve my community.

If this has happened to you, what have you done about harassment?
